Dues/Payments
Please look for the newsletter and invoice for 2025 annual due in your mail, our due date for the year 2025 is March 1st!
What do my dues pay for? DVHOA annual dues pay for the following and more:
- Management Fees to take care of day-to-day operations and financials.
- Alabama Power to light our neighborhoods and streets.
- We contracted landscapers to ensure our subdivision and common areas are beautiful.
- Insurance, annual property taxes, repair and upgrade of common areas, and small fees associated with running DVHOA (newsletter costs, postage, website upkeep).
- Different projects were voted on by the board to improve the property value and aesthetics of our neighborhood.
What if I am just a renter and do not own the property? If you are currently a renter in the Deer Valley community, we ask that you forward any Dues, Statements, and DVHOA Documents to the owner of the property.
What happens if I don’t pay my dues? If annual dues payment is not made in a timely manner, DVHOA will turn your account over to an attorney and will be sent for collection.
