Dues/Payments
2022 annual dues for Deer Valley are $315.00. This amount is subject to change annually as expenses increase. A budget is prepared in advance of the annual billing to ensure enough revenue to cover our community’s expenses.
RESOLUTION FOR ANNUAL FEES:
Annual assessments are due on the first of January each year. There is a 30 day grace period, and then a $25.00 late fee will be assessed each month following the grace period. Annual fees are considered late if they are received February 1st or after. If assessments and late fees are not paid within 90 days of the grace period, the account can be turned over to a collections attorney for processing. Liens can be placed with the Jefferson County Probate Court on delinquent properties.
What do my dues pay for?
DVHOA annual dues pay for the following and more:
What if I am just a renter, and do not own the property?
If you are currently a renter in the Deer Valley community, we ask that you forward any Dues, Statements, and DVHOA Documents to the owner of the property.
What happens if I don’t pay my dues?
If annual dues payment is not made in a timely manner, DVHOA will turn your account over to an attorney and will be sent for collection.
