The DVHOA board consists of resident volunteers who are elected on an annual basis. We are friends and neighbors, just like you, who give a little bit of our time each month to help make our neighborhood a better place.

Dues/Payments.
We are working to allow homeowners the ability check balances and pay dues online!
2020 annual dues for Deer Valley are $295.00. This amount is subject to change annually as expenses increase. A budget is prepared in advance of the annual billing to ensure enough revenue to cover our community’s expenses.
RESOLUTION FOR ANNUAL FEES:
Dues will be active online starting January 16th, 2020. Annual assessments are due on the first of February. The account is late after February the 28th. There is a 30 day grace period, and then a $25.00 late fee will be assessed each month following the grace period. If assessments and late fees are not paid within 90 days of the grace period, the account can be turned over to a collections attorney for processing. Liens can be placed with the Jefferson County Probate Court on delinquent properties.

What if I am just a renter, and do not own the property?
If you are currently a renter in the Deer Valley community, we ask that you forward any Dues, Statements, and DVHOA Documents to the owner of the property.
What happens if I don’t pay my dues?
If annual dues payment is not made in a timely manner, DVHOA will turn your account over to an attorney and will be sent for collection.

or you can pay online below. Deer Valley HOA mails coupon for dues by 28th January of each year for the Feb 1st due date with a 28 days grace period.
