    Support team is working on configuration for DVHOA

    Owner portal access is not open for public signup

    It is a one time setup

    Follow this four-step process, and it is for your better security

    Step 1: The homeowner's email-ID has to be added to the system by portal Admin to get access- send us an email to deervalleyhoahoover@gmail.com requesting access.

    Step 2. Email verification - You will get an email with a link, click on link to confirm you are a real user

    Step 3. Request for access - To get a temporary password click on "Request for access" and

    update your name, number and email ID

    Step 4. Annual Due online -

    a. Due is not applied if your account is inactive in first place.

    b. Once your account is active, Please email us to apply your due for 2024

    c. If you have "Due" paid by Check - and you still see that you owe money on the portal

    *** The Accounting team has to apply your check amount on the system, so your due is updated as paid ***

    - this is a bit time consuming process, request your patinece on this last step.


    Please E-Mail deervalleyhoahoover@gmail.com with an email ID which you want to use for your online portal and you will get an Invite link to sign up and login.



    Annual Due for 2024 (extended the last date)

    Annual due for 2024 is been sent out to all homeowners by mail and the due date for the payment is now extended from 31st March 2024 to 30th April 2024 as last date for payments.

    Deer Valley HOA Board Information

    The DVHOA board consists of resident volunteers who are elected annually. We are friends and neighbors, just like you, who give a little bit of our time each month to help make our neighborhood a better place.

  • Dues/Payments

    *The 2024 Annual Assessment will be $350.00 for the year January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Your payment is due on March 1st, 2024, and any account with a balance remaining after April 30th, 2024, will be considered late. Delinquent accounts are subject to fees and interest, and any expenses incurred in the collection process will be assessed to the Owner.


    What do my dues pay for? DVHOA annual dues pay for the following and more:

    • Management Fees to take care of day-to-day operations and financials.
    • Alabama Power to light our neighborhoods and streets.
    • We contracted landscapers to ensure our subdivision and common areas are beautiful.
    • Insurance, annual property taxes, repair and upgrade of common areas, and small fees associated with running DVHOA (newsletter costs, postage, website upkeep).
    • Different projects were voted on by the board to improve the property value and aesthetics of our neighborhood.

    What if I am just a renter and do not own the property? If you are currently a renter in the Deer Valley community, we ask that you forward any Dues, Statements, and DVHOA Documents to the owner of the property.


    What happens if I don’t pay my dues? If annual dues payment is not made in a timely manner, DVHOA will turn your account over to an attorney and will be sent for collection.


    You can pay your dues online by signing up and logging in to our portal, or you can mail payments to:

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Want to make changes to your home? You must get approval from the ARC - Architectural Review Committee.


    Please login to our online portal to submit a Maintenance request for your home, if your request complies with ARC bylaws, it will be approved by ARC committee, if it is a special request outside of ARC bylaw, it will be forwarded to DVHOA board to motion and approve it. Please email deervalleyhoahoover@gmail.com for assistance.

    Regular trash days are Monday and Thursday of each week.

    In addition, recycling is picked up on Thursday.
