The DVHOA board consists of resident volunteers who are elected on an annual basis. We are friends and neighbors, just like you, who give a little bit of our time each month to help make our neighborhood a better place.

2022 annual dues for Deer Valley are $315.00. This amount is subject to change annually as expenses increase. A budget is prepared in advance of the annual billing to ensure enough revenue to cover our community’s expenses.
*The 2023 Annual Assessment will be $335.00 for the year January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Your payment is due on January 1st, 2023, and any account with a balance remaining after January 31st, 2023, will be considered late. Delinquent accounts are subject to fees and interest, and any expenses incurred in the collection process will be assessed to the Owner.

What if I am just a renter, and do not own the property?
If you are currently a renter in the Deer Valley community, we ask that you forward any Dues, Statements, and DVHOA Documents to the owner of the property.
What happens if I don’t pay my dues?
If annual dues payment is not made in a timely manner, DVHOA will turn your account over to an attorney and will be sent for collection.
